Ron Storme

United Kingdom

February 2, 1926 - October 3, 2000

Ron Storme was a m-to-f cross dresser who quietly ensured an outlet for Transgender people after World War II, despite strict anti-gay laws late into the 60's in Britain. Storme was the founder of the 70's Porchester Hall (London) drag balls, which led to consistent monthly and then bi-weekly balls that provided essential networking.
